Scanpan's non-stick pans are produced in Denmark and for many years have been ahead of the pack when it comes to durability, robust design and the superior quality of the non-stick layer. The CTX pans also have a very efficient, integral induction base (they work on any type of hob).
All CTX pans are made of 5 different layers (clad) of stainless steel and aluminum for optimal heat distribution, heat retention, sturdiness and inducibility.
The Stratanium non-stick layer has been known for many years as the gold standard. Easy to clean, more resistant to wear and heat and safe to use. Scanpan also was one of the first companies to really focus on finding alternatives for PFOA and other polluting and unhealthy agents.
All Scanpans are made from 100% recycled aluminum.
