Robert Herder K-Chef carbon steel kitchen knife 22,5cm with plum wood handle
A professional chef's knife designed for demanding work under extreme pressure is the new "K Chef." It is constructed from 1.4037 steel, which has a high carbon and chromium content. The "Solingen Dünschliff (Dry-Fine Grinding)®" and the blue-glazed blade surface ensure a very sharp, long-lasting knife with excellent quality.
The Japanese Gyuto, a chef's and meat knife, served as the model for the blade's form, which was designed specifically for use on a cutting board. The handles of the K-Series seamlessly incorporate the dynamic shape of the blade. The user's hand will not come into contact with the cutting board because of the handle's small angulation. Working for extended periods of time is made easier by the ergonomic curvature of the handle.
